Health coaching is the new frontier of healthcare. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I not only help you learn about the food on your plate, but also the food off your plate! Core principles such as Relationships, Career, Physical Activity, and Spirituality are as important, if not more important, to your health as the food you are eating each day. Health coaching is a holistic way to transform lifestyle patterns and habits that might be standing in your way of better health. Whether your goals are to feel better about yourself, feel more rested, manage chronic stress, or reduce your risk for chronic illness, health coaching can offer support.
I start off with a complimentary 50 minute health history consultation where we review your current health, concerns, and goals. We get to know one another and formulate a framework for our time together.
I meet with clients twice a month for six months, totaling 12 visits. I meet individually via video chat or telephone. During these visits, I promise to: Offer a safe space to listen and hear your story and concerns View your health holistically: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual Bring awareness to patterns and choices Help develop strategies and recommendations to implement healthy lifestyle change and bring balance Provide gentle accountability for your choices and decisions while you grow
